The Swiss-based director Fabian Weber first entered the world of filmmaking in front of the lens, as a professional free-skier. It was only later, that he discovered his talent as a director of photography and decided to work from behind the camera.

Since his transition to directing in 2014, his commercial work has seen him collaborate with globally renowned clients such as UBS, OAKLEY, VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, HEAD, CENTRALWAY, P&G, IBM, GEBERIT, RUAG, LIDL and BOENICKE, to name a few. Whilst creating striking commercials, fashion films, music videos and documentaries, he continues to explore still photography and industriously enhances his skills.

Fabian is a director with a bold and unique eye for the aesthetic and a sense for crafting stories most of which are shot by him as well. In spring 2017, he released the narrative short lm SKYGARDEN, an emotional homage to Switzerland, nature, music and life in all its facets.

Fabian continues to add that human touch to a diverse range of brands with his own brand of cinematic realism – establishing that connection with the audience. Fabian’s sophisticated technique, scope range and the dexterity to establish cinematic worlds that you long to step into are what make his work so rich and remarkable.
