Mik has been a dop for twenty years now.
From an English/Danish background, born in Copenhagen, and raised in London he has been on the move most of his life.

Being nomadic from an early age has given Mik the skill of integrating with foreign cultures and work practices very easily. He thrives on working in new and challenging locations.

Mainly concentrating on tv commercials he does lend his hand to a wide variety of genres.
To date he has completed two feature-length films one being shot in the Appeninno mountains of northern Tuscany Italy, the other in Bangkok Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates.

He has spent a lot of time in the Middle East over the last 10 years, so he is extremely experienced throughout that region.

Favoring a simple, human, and non-fussy approach to his cinematography, he also excels in arm car work and automotive assignments.
