Born to an English mother and Italian father Nick took his first photograph at 6 years old. During his time at school and at Durham University (BA Hons.Politics) he developed his passion by shooting stills and film. After graduation he assisted photographers (Mario Testino, Serge Leblon, Malcom Venville, Duncan Simm… amongst others) working in London, Paris, Milan and New York on campaigns for Banana Republic, Smirnoff through to editorials for Vogue etc… He went on to shoot work for The Times Magazine, In Natural (Japan), Joseph (Paris) amongst others while also making mood films for agency pitches in London which won. He also moonlighted “secretly” as a Copywriter/Transcriber for agencies in Paris working on Orange, Evian, Air France, Peugeot, BNP Paribas, Honda and more. He went on to shoot an “art film” Forever Now in collaboration with Youth (Producer of the Verve, Paul McCartney, Orb, Pink Floyd…) which was screened at Raindance London. Korres cosmetics was Nick’s first true break at directing commercials. Since Nick has worked for clients Nivea, Head and Shoulders (Silver Shark at Kinsale) Google, Adidas, Vichy, Samsung, Redds, and Brothers amongst others. Nick speaks English, French and Italian.
